James is an experienced professional who has been with Fidelity Homes from the early days. He has played an integral role in the evolution of the business and has helped position the company as an industry leader within the new home construction industry locally. James is a process driven leader who works tirelessly to enhance efficiencies within business operations and works towards better outcomes for the consumer. He has a keen eye for detail and works hard to live by the Fidelity standard of producing ‘only the best’ outcomes. James continues to push all Fidelity employees and trades to strive for the best workmanship and continues to keep the customer as the focal point of the Fidelity Homes Team.
Stephanie Wilson

With over 15 years of professional administration experience, Stephanie’s attention to detail and organizational aptitude allows her to ensure the Fidelity Homes office runs efficiently. Stephanie’s customer service and communication skills make for a great initial contact for clients meeting Fidelity Homes for the first time.

Melissa attended George Brown College for Design and her background and experience have proven invaluable when it comes to offering design input and customer service.
